As you may know your Dormeo mattress is the top selling brand of mattresses in Europe, and has been in the UK for a year now. [AA - ] I didn’t know that.

I wanted to write to you personally as one of our recent customers, to ask, if possible, for any comments you may have about your new Dormeo Mattress, or your buying experience with us. 

[AA - ] My buying experience has been 100% positive. Your website is informative and the online transaction process is idiot proof. Well done for that. In addition to this, the speed and efficiency of delivery has been pleasurable unlike most UK retailers.

Also to ask if you would give me any feedback on the change in your sleep experience since you bought our mattress and to see if you have already noticed the benefits of sleeping on your new Dormeo Mattress.

[AA - ] I have noticed that I get less bodily discomfort such as neck ache as a result of using the mattress although it’s probably still early days for me to be overly evangelical about this matter. 

We do have a wide range of other Dormeo products such as pillows, Mattress Protectors, bathrobes, and are always looking to add additional products if you have any suggestions.

[AA - ] Car cushion and or/neck brace would be the useful additions I can see.

I would be so grateful if you could let me know how you are getting on with your mattress.

[AA - ] Here I am. The only question I have which I’d be grateful if you could answer is whether your mattresses are best used with any particular type of bed base(s) for optimum comfort.

Good evening

My partner says his sleep improved "almost overnight " and now has no aches or pains after a nights sleep, for me, it has taken until now to get used to it and i think the support it gives your full body is amazing and i wouldn't change it for anything. I have found that the tossing & turning from being uncomfortable has stopped - in fact i sleep through and i don't think i move as much (according to my partner) cos i am so comfy.

I was surprised how thin compared to the old mattress it was and admittedly was at first skeptical. Ordering & delivery was easy & hassle free.

Hi Henrietta,

Thank you for contacting me regarding my new mattress. I am very pleased
with it and it’s very comfortable.  The pillow that I received with it is
also very comfortable. I wasn't too keen on the free slippers though as they
were a bit old fashioned for me so I gave those away but apart from that I'm
very happy with my purchase.

We are very happy with our Dormeo mattress, the main reason we bought one was for my wife's bad back. She wasn't getting any decent sleep with the old mattress. Since we have switched to the Dormeo mattress my wife's quality of sleep has improved because of the extra support, although my wife still has bad back pain the mattres has helped (we can't ask for miracles can we!!). 
    
All in all we are very happy with our purchase and have no complaints about the service.
