The majority of our items are delivered within 14 days, however in some cases of high demand please allow 28 days for delivery of your order. We have partnered with specialists’ couriers to ensure the best possible delivery experience for our customers.

*We can deliver to all addresses within the UK, however there may be extra charges for deliveries to the Highlands and Islands for divan sets, and some Octaspring mattresses. We are sorry, but we cannot deliver to Gibraltar and Channel Islands.

The good news is that if your mattress was bought with one of our free memory foam pillows and decide to return your mattress under our 60 night comfort guarantee, the pillow is still yours to keep!

The 60 night comfort guarantee does not apply to Dormeo® Options mattresses, any clearance items and non-mattress Dormeo items like pillows, duvets, protectors etc., which have a standard 14 day money back guarantee if unopened.
