200-Night Sleep Trial

At Dormeo®, we believe everyone deserves their best night’s sleep. That’s why we offer our 200-Night Sleep Trial, giving you up to 200 nights to try your mattress/topper at home and decide if it’s right for you.

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your mattress/topper for a full refund or exchange it for another model within 200 days of purchase (one exchange per transaction). And if your mattress came with a free pillow, it’s yours to keep - even if you return the mattress.

Please note, this guarantee does not apply to Dormeo Options mattresses, WellSleep, clearance or rejuvenated items, or non-mattress products such as pillows, duvets, and protectors. These items are covered by our standard 14-day unopened return policy. For selected mattresses and toppers, customers cover return costs. However, if your mattress features Octaspring® technology, we’ll collect it free of charge (excludes Octasense, Octasmart® Essentials, and clearance/rejuvenated products).

  1. Simply choose and purchase a mattress here at dormeo.co.uk or by calling 0800 625 0134.
  2. We'll deliver the mattress directly to you free of charge.
  3. Get a great night's sleep for 200 nights (check if your alarm clock is working!).
  4. If you're not happy - email our dedicated team of sleep experts at [email protected] and we’ll happily listen to your feedback and suggest an alternative, or inform you of the returns procedure for a full refund of the purchase price.

  5. In your email, please include the full name and address used for your order, along with the order number.

When does the trial period start?

Do I need to use a mattress protector?

Yes, please use a mattress protector in case of any spillages/damage.

What if I don’t like the mattress/topper right away?

We recommend sleeping on your new mattress/topper for at least 30 nights before making a decision, it can take time for your body to adjust and the mattress to fully settle.

Do I need to keep it in the original packaging during the trial period?

No, you don't. The best way to decide whether you and your Dormeo mattress/topper are the right fit is from the comfort of your own home and in real-life conditions.

Do I need to return it in in the original packaging?

You don’t need to keep the original packaging or try and re roll the mattress, our collection team will take care of this for you.
