• Competition closes on 17/6/24
• One-way economy/coach flights from select major international airports in London, UK to Los Angeles, California and one-way economy/coach flights from San Jose, California to select major international airports in London, UK, flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available, prize provider will determine flight itinerary at their sole discretion;
• Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the winner or companion/s’ home and London departure airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companions;
• Prize packages for 4 people are for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old;
• At least one person travelling must be over the age of 21; Where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission;
• Accommodation based on 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old sharing a quadruple occupancy room in Los Angeles and San Luis Obispo, and a quadruple occupancy tent in the Carmel/Big Sur area;
• A valid credit or debit card may be required to guarantee the accommodation on check-in; stay must include a Saturday night;
• The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;
• All elements of the prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered; accommodation will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion;
• Winners must contact the prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks before departure;
• Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled; the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable;
• No cash alternative is available;
• All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on the date of travel;
• For UK travellers, the prize provider will arrange travel insurance and it is the responsibility of the winner and/or their guest to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their guest are aged 70 or over;
• Levels of coverage will vary and it is the winner and guest’s responsibility to ensure that the level of coverage offered is sufficient for their circumstances;
• Any necessary visas or additional insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests;
• Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year or Public Holidays in the departure or arrival country;
• Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time;
• For the rental car, the car type is subject to availability, the named driver must be aged 21 or over, with a full clean driving license that has been held for over one year, any drivers aged 25 or under, or with less than three years driving experience, may need to pay a supplementary cost for car rental;
• If driving license is not fully printed in English, an International Driving Permit/ international driver’s license or other paperwork may be required, a credit card (not a debit card) in the name of the driver with available funds (value advised upon booking) will be required by the car rental company in order for the driver to collect the car;
• A USD 150 allowance for parking will be provided;
• All other costs associated with fuel, authorizing one or more additional drivers, and any additional equipment such as baby seats are excluded from the Prize Package and must be paid for by the driver;
• For the Sony Pictures Studio Tour, the minimum age is 12 years old, children must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times;
• For the escape room experience, the minimum age is 6 years old; For the free running class, participants should be in good physical health;
• USD 150 spending allowance will be provided for the farm day experience;
• Prize must be taken in accordance with government guidelines and COVID-19 rules and restrictions, the arrangement and additional costs for any COVID-19 testing that may be required is the sole responsibility of the winner and guest;
• The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd. Any personal data submitted by the winner to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy.
