When will my order arrive?
We are in a strong stock position and continue to update online product page lead times to ensure we are being as transparent as possible, whilst working with our delivery partners to get your order to you as soon and as safely as possible.

Delivery service update
The current social-distancing guidelines mean that we have made changes to our delivery service. Our delivery team will not enter your home, assemble your product, or take away any old items. We can only deliver to your doorstep.
Due to this, deliveries of our Octaspring Collection have been postponed as they require a two-man delivery service which we are unable to fulfil based on the latest guidance and prioritisation to the safety of our customers and employees. However, all other products are still available as per the listed lead-times.
