COVID 19 Update

In light of the current situation with COVID-19, we want to reassure you that at Dormeo, our number one priority is the well-being and safety of our customers and employees. Whilst we are striving to run our operations as normally as possible, we are also taking appropriate measures to protect everyone at this challenging time in line with the current guidance.

We are open for orders – online and by telephone

Our mission statement is to help you enjoy all the health benefits of a great night’s sleep. With this in mind, we are pleased to confirm that we are still taking orders via our website and over the phone.

When will my order arrive?

We are in a strong stock position and continue to update online product page lead times to ensure we are being as transparent as possible, whilst working with our delivery partners to get your order to you as soon and as safely as possible.

Delivery service update

The current social-distancing guidelines mean that we have adapted our delivery service.

Rolled mattresses, mattress toppers and bedding will still be delivered to your doorstep, however we won’t enter your home, assemble your product, or take away any old items.

Deliveries of our Octaspring Collection are currently unavailable.

Can I still return my products?

Yes. If you wish to return your product, simply contact us within its comfort-guarantee period to register your intent. We will then advise you once it’s safe for your product to be returned.

If your mattress includes free collection, we will log your intent and contact you as soon as the collection of your mattress can be safely made.
