Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take up to seven additional days after dispatch, and some larger products may also incur an additional delivery charge, which will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

To qualify, your product must be opened within 30 days of delivery and used with a mattress protector.     A:Yes. Dormeo mattresses are suitable for use on standard bed frames and slatted bed bases. To ensure proper support and maintain your warranty, the gaps between slats should be no wider than 7.5cm (3 inches). Wider gaps may reduce the mattress's performance and could invalidate your warranty.

    A:Please unpack your mattress within 30 days of delivery. Once opened, it will begin expanding immediately and regain its shape within approximately 15 minutes. Most rolled mattresses are ready to sleep on after 6–8 hours, although they may take up to 24 hours to reach their full depth and optimum performance. For the best sleeping experience, we recommend allowing the mattress to fully expand before first use where possible.
