Open structure Octaspring tubes are built into the mattress to provide 5x better ventilation, while different firmness tubes are placed across 3 zones, offering more support for your hips and thighs and softer for your head and shoulders, keeping your spine in complete alignment.

The layer of the high quality Dormeo® Memory Foam is sewn directly into the cover, giving you the most comfortable night’s sleep imaginable. It diminishes tossing and turning, increases blood circulation and aids muscle regeneration whilst you sleep. The Octaspring® tube system is encased in our uniquely breathable Ecocell® foam which is designed to be permanently elastic with a 3-dimensional cellular structure, providing efficient air circulation and working together with the Octaspring® technology to offer you a sleep surface that’s noticeable cooler.

  7. Q:Do I have to flip the mattress?
    A:Our mattresses should be rotated once a week for the first 4 weeks of use and then once every 4 weeks thereafter. Rotate head to toe and vice versa.

  8. Q:Can I use the mattress on a slatted bedbase?
    A:Our mattresses are suited to standard bed bases and bedsteads. For slatted bases, please ensure the maximum gap is no more than 7.5cm (3 inches), wear and tear on a mattress will be greater the wider the gaps and will invalidate the warranty if gaps are more than 7.5cm.

  11. Q:How do I stop the mattress from going mouldy
    A:The product is intended for use inside the home in temperate environments. We recommend exposing the mattress to fresh air weekly without sheets. In this way, a build-up of humidity is prevented. The occurrence of mould is not covered under warranty. Tip: make sure your mattress is not pushed right against the wall.

  13. Q:Do the mattresses smell?
    A:Some rolled mattresses sometimes have off-gassing, however, this is very rare with the quality of Dormeo products, and if there is any smell this normally dissipates very quickly. If the smell persists, we would suggest airing in a well-ventilated room for 24/48 hours. If there is still a smell please contact us and we can discuss the next steps.

  17. Q:How long does the mattress take to recover from being rolled?
    A:The mattress must be opened within 30 days of delivery. After opening, you mattress will regain its normal shape in 15 minutes and ready to sleep on after 6 to 8 hours. For further care instructions, please read our Mattress Care Guide.

  18. Q:Do you deliver outside of the UK?
    A:We deliver to all addresses within the UK only, however, there may be extra charges for deliveries to the Highland and Islands of Scotland for some Octaspring mattresses. Unfortunately, we cannot delivery to Gibraltar, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. Please allow an extra 7 days from receiving your dispatch confirmation email if your delivery is to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, and the Islands of Scotland.

    A:We currently only sell our mattresses through our website and through other carefully selected online retailers (www.dormeo.co.uk/store-locator). But we do offer a unique 200-night trial on all our memory foam mattresses, which mean that we will refund or exchange your mattress for up to 200 nights with absolutely no quibble if you're not happy with it.

    A:Our Dormeo Memory mattresses are vacuum packed, which enables easy transportation and excellent hygiene. You can upgrade your delivery service to a room of choice with assembly, please call us at 0800 2248 361 for availability and prices. If you purchase one of our Octaspring branded mattresses, you'll automatically be entitled to our free White Glove Delivery service. Our team will deliver the mattress, set up your new mattress for you, and take away the packaging at no additional charge to you.
