Delivery of all Dormeo mattresses is FREE*, a charge of £4.95 is applied to smaller items on orders under £79. The majority of our items are delivered within 14 days, however in some cases of high demand please allow 28 days for delivery of your order. We have partnered with specialists’ couriers to ensure the best possible delivery experience for our customers.

*We can deliver to all addresses within the UK, however there may be extra charges for deliveries to the Highlands and Islands for divan sets, and some Octaspring mattresses. We are sorry, but we cannot deliver to Gibraltar and Channel Islands.

Interest free credit for orders over £399. Pay in equal monthly instalments over 6 or 12 months with 'Slice it'. Your first payment due once your order has been shipped. Klarna will check if you're eligible for credit instantly and will confirm before accepting your order.

The 60 night comfort guarantee does not apply to Dormeo® Options mattresses, any clearance items and non-mattress Dormeo items like pillows, duvets, protectors etc., which have a standard 14 day money back guarantee if unopened.
