    A:We currently deliver to addresses across the UK, including Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Gibraltar, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take up to seven additional days after dispatch, and some larger products may also incur an additional delivery charge, which will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

    A:Selected Dormeo mattresses and mattress toppers come with our 200 Night Trial, giving you up to 200 nights to experience your new product in the comfort of your own home. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it for a refund or exchange it for another eligible model within 200 nights of delivery (one exchange or return per order). To qualify, your product must be opened within 30 days of delivery and used with a mattress protector. Please note that the 200 Night Trial does not apply to all products, so we recommend checking the product page for eligibility.     A:Yes, you can take your Dormeo product abroad for personal use. Please note that any transportation costs, import duties or customs charges are your responsibility. Your warranty remains valid in line with our warranty terms and conditions. However, if you need to make a warranty claim, you'll be responsible for any costs associated with returning the product, and claims can only be processed from a valid UK delivery address.

    A:No. Dormeo mattresses are designed to be rotated rather than flipped. We recommend rotating your mattress from head to toe once a week for the first four weeks, then once every four weeks thereafter to help maintain comfort and support.

    A:Yes. Dormeo mattresses are suitable for use on standard bed frames and slatted bed bases. To ensure proper support and maintain your warranty, the gaps between slats should be no wider than 7.5cm (3 inches). Wider gaps may reduce the mattress's performance and could invalidate your warranty.

    A:To help prevent moisture build-up, we recommend airing your mattress regularly by removing the bedding and allowing fresh air to circulate. Ensure your bedroom is well ventilated and avoid placing your mattress directly against a wall where moisture can become trapped. Damage caused by mould is not covered under warranty.

    A:As with many new foam mattresses, you may notice a slight odour when your mattress is first unpacked. This is completely normal, harmless and should fade within 24–48 hours. Simply allow the mattress to air in a well-ventilated room before use. If the odour persists, please contact our Customer Care team.

  16. Q:How long does my mattress take to fully expand?
    A:Please unpack your mattress within 30 days of delivery. Once opened, it will begin expanding immediately and regain its shape within approximately 15 minutes. Most rolled mattresses are ready to sleep on after 6–8 hours, although they may take up to 24 hours to reach their full depth and optimum performance. For the best sleeping experience, we recommend allowing the mattress to fully expand before first use where possible.
