    A:Please use the 'bed buying guide' in our guides section. This provides all measurements of our mattresses. Our mattresses are available in all UK standard sizes and some select European sizes.

  2. Q:Do you take my old mattress away?
    A:We can arrange a collection of your old mattress, please call customer services on 0800 2248 361 for more information and costs.

  3. Q:How long does the mattress take to recover from being rolled?
    A:The mattress must be opened within 30 days of delivery. After opening, you mattress will regain its normal shape in 15 minutes and ready to sleep on after 6 to 8 hours. For further care instructions, please read our Mattress Care Guide.

  4. Q:Do you deliver outside of the UK?
    A:We deliver to all addresses within the UK only, however, there may be extra charges for deliveries to the Highland and Islands of Scotland for some Octaspring mattresses. Unfortunately, we cannot delivery to Gibraltar, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. Please allow an extra 7 days from receiving your dispatch confirmation email if your delivery is to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, and the Islands of Scotland.

  5. Q:Can I try your mattresses before I buy?
    A:We currently only sell our mattresses through our website and through other carefully selected online retailers (www.dormeo.co.uk/store-locator). But we do offer a unique 200-night trial on all our memory foam mattresses, which mean that we will refund or exchange your mattress for up to 200 nights with absolutely no quibble if you're not happy with it.

    A:At Dormeo, a great night's sleep is as important to us as it is to you. We offer a 200-night guarantee on selected ranges. This means you can sleep on the mattress at home for up to 200 nights and decide if it is right for you. If you're not getting your best night's sleep ever, you can return it for a refund or exchange it for an alternative model within 200 days of purchase (only once per transaction).

    A:Our Dormeo Memory mattresses are vacuum packed, which enables easy transportation and excellent hygiene. You can upgrade your delivery service to a room of choice with assembly, please call us at 0800 2248 361 for availability and prices. If you purchase one of our Octaspring branded mattresses, you'll automatically be entitled to our free White Glove Delivery service. Our team will deliver the mattress, set up your new mattress for you, and take away the packaging at no additional charge to you.
